Am I Bleeding? is a Toughness Victim Perk available to Leland

The Perk was introduced on August 18, 2023 with the official launch of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Since its introduction, it has received one change on February 6, 2024.
Changes to the perk's access were made on March 28, 2024, granting Virginia access, and on June 11, 2024, granting Danny access.
Strategy[]
The benefit of this perk is that the highlight duration is infinite until you heal back above the threshold. This is good for informing your teammates of what you are doing and your location without having to speak to them. The downside of this perk is that you must be heavily injured for it to activate. This would be useful in situations where The Family is rushing for kills and throwing out heavy damage, but would often inform your teammates that you are about to die rather than give value. In cases where The Family has high damage, and especially if one of them is Johnny, it would theoretically be wise to pair this with damage reduction perks so you can have a safer health range to work with. Leland and Sonny both have access to Stunt Double which will reduce your damage when dropping down a well or out of a Family House window, and Leland has access to No Sell which reduces his damage taken by a family member by up to 80% 3 times.
