Johnny Slaughter is one of the members of The Slaughter Family who hunts down and kills the Victims. He is also the primary antagonist of the Rush Week game mode.

"Raised by "Black" Nancy, Johnny's the closest thing to a traditional serial killer the Family has. A predator in every sense, he's cold, narcissistic, and relentlessly brutal. Johnny takes immense pleasure in stalking and studying his prey before finally overpowering them. His Hunt ability is a direct reflection of this. With a high Savagery and Endurance rating, not many who encounter Johnny live to tell about it. The numerous scars that litter his arms and torso serve as a grim reminder of this chilling truth."
Johnny grew up with an abusive father, which drove his mother, Judith, to attempt an escape so they could build a better life elsewhere. Tragically, in search of directions, Judith knocked on the wrong door—Black Nancy’s house. Nancy, longing for a child of her own, saw an opportunity and killed Judith, ensuring Johnny would remain under her control.
Since Nancy was part of the Slaughter Family, she raised Johnny with their twisted values, molding him into what he would eventually become. As the saying goes, "All monsters have their makers," and Johnny was no exception.
During his teenage years, he endured relentless teasing from Hitchhiker, who taunted him about not being a "real" member of the family. This lingering doubt led Johnny to confront Nancy about the truth of his origins. The confrontation turned violent, with Nancy swiftly putting him in his place—leaving him with the facial scars that would serve as a permanent reminder of her control.
The modern-day Johnny is highly charismatic and deeply narcissistic—traits commonly found in serial killers. He primarily preys on unsuspecting young women and has a history of violent incidents, managing to evade capture each time.
One such incident occurred in the summer of 1972 in Pflugerville, Texas. Johnny broke into a woman's home and strangled her to death. However, before he could make a clean escape, he was caught off guard by her two roommates, who had been sleeping nearby. In the struggle, one of them managed to stab him in the shoulder before he fled the scene. A radio broadcast in the game references the still-ongoing investigation.
Several months later, Johnny crosses paths with Maria Flores while she is on a trip. Intrigued, he begins stalking her, watching her movements from the shadows. When Maria’s car breaks down, leaving her stranded in rural Texas, Johnny seizes the perfect opportunity—moving in for the attack.
Maria unknowingly wanders onto the Slaughter Family's property, sealing her fate. She is swiftly captured, leaving behind almost no trace of her whereabouts. When Maria’s friends come dangerously close to uncovering the truth, Johnny and the rest of the family ambush them, taking them as their next victims—setting the stage for the harrowing events of the game.
Several years after the main events, Johnny resurfaces, this time targeting Omega Sigma Theta, a sorority house at a university. With his predatory instincts as sharp as ever, he sets his sights on the unsuspecting sorority girls, preparing to strike once again.
This results in the events of the Rush Week game mode. After the Rush Week game concludes, Johnny again manages to flee before he is arrested as the authorities arrive.
