Perks are unlockable modifiers in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre designed to enhance a victims or family members abilities or grant advantages in specific areas or skills.

Unlocking[]
Perks can be unlocked through a character’s Skill Tree by spending Skill Points. Only Perks that have been unlocked in the Skill Tree can be equipped on the loadout screen. The availability of each Perk is dependent on the Victim or Family Member as not all of them share Perks with some being exclusive to one character.
Perk Levels[]
Perks that you have equipped in the loadout menu will level up as you play by gaining "XP" and each perk has a total of 3 levels. In general, the higher a Perk's level, the stronger its effect.
